Restaurant Staff Training
Staff training is my specialty and the reason I began learning about wine. As a server, I dreaded wine questions and didn't learn what I needed from wine trainings. I made it my mission to teach servers and bartenders exactly what they need to serve, sell and suggest wine wine confidence.
Since Covid, wine trainings have changed. My online class will help servers and bartenders increase their sales by gaining the tools they need to pay the bills and give guests a great experience.
